Problem with aquael leddy link. HELP

I have 3 leddy slim link. Two are working great. The third is turning on and off as it pleases. The green wifi connection light turns of very often. If you tap the light slightly it turns back on. Can anyone help? Tried to reset, didn't work. Aquael has not replied to my email. The light is 10 months old. Please help

I realize, I'm not helping, but...had numerous problems with various aquael products. The best long-therm solution was always replace it with gear from diffrent manufacturer. They are practicing business strategy like Ford (in 70s) with model "pinto". Thats also explains good clients opinions about customer service and warranty (Im seriously surpised they didnt answer - maby its good idea to try again?).

Where are you from? Don't have any Aquael representative in your country?

I live in Cyprus. There is one store which brings aquael products but not sure if it is a representative. What if I took the light to an electrician that knows about leds. Will he be able to help?

I would not suggesting that as cover is sealed and water tight. As it was advised, I would keep trying to contact Aquael company. Apparently they are very good with customer service.

Already sent a message to the company I bought it from Amazon. They haven't replied to me yet. Also sent the message to aquael UK and they directed me to the aquael pl. I sent the message there again, 3 times. No response. This company is unacceptable in respect to their customer service. Unacceptable. I spent around 160 euros for the light and no customer support for a faulty devise? Unacceptable

Difficult for me to say coz I'm not using this company products, but many people here at the forum saying that there are no problems with company services and actions taking.
Sorry for you, but strange thing that Amazon has not taken actions. They are known also as with good customer service.

I had aquael slim link lamps about a year. During that time, there were 5 problems with the control of the lamps. Sometimes it was impossible to enter the settings, other times they did not turn on at the set time. Every time the service replaced the lamps with new ones. In the end I was fed up with constant lamp problems and asked for a cashback and bought a chihiros lamp.

That is exacly what I ment, when writing about this company. Looks like full picture. Only one, long-term solution is changing a manufacturer.

The Amazon provider just sent me an email saying to unplug the device from the power supply. Leave it for 5 minutes, then delete the device from the application and reinstall. He claimed this would fix the problem. Hope it does. I will keep you posted
